Description:
Red wine made with 70% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone Veronese grapes, 30% Rondinella. Grapes are dried for about 100 days and the wine is aged in Allier Oak barriques.

Tasting notes:
Warm and soft taste, ethereal and spicy bouquet.

Food pairings:
Ideal with grilled meats, game and braised meats. To be served at 17-18 ⁰C (to be uncorked one hour before consumption).
